SHIPPING POLICY

Plan delivery with production and transit shown separately.

The ranges below are planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. A project schedule is confirmed after product approval, quantity, packing method, destination, Incoterm and selected carrier are known.

Indicative transit after dispatch

MethodPlanning rangeWhat it means

Samples by express

7–15 calendar days

Typical planning range after dispatch, including normal international transit and customs processing.

Bulk orders by air

7–15 calendar days

Used when launch timing matters more than freight cost. Final timing depends on capacity, airport handling and customs.

Ocean freight · North America West Coast

25–40 calendar days

Indicative door-to-door planning range; direct port transit may be shorter.

Ocean freight · North America East Coast

35–55 calendar days

Routing, transshipment and inland delivery can materially change the total.

Ocean freight · Europe

40–60 calendar days

Indicative door-to-door planning range. FCL is often faster than LCL because consolidation adds handling.

Production time is separate

Development, tooling, sample approval and mass-production time are not included in the shipping ranges. The order is considered ready for dispatch only after agreed production and inspection steps are complete.

What can change the schedule

  • Design revisions or delayed sample approval
  • Material availability and order quantity
  • FCL versus LCL consolidation
  • Carrier schedules, blank sailings and transshipment
  • Peak seasons, weather and port congestion
  • Customs inspections or incomplete import documents
  • Final delivery outside major port or metropolitan areas

Shipping terms and responsibility

The quotation or order confirmation states the applicable Incoterm, freight scope and transfer of cost and risk. Import duties, taxes, customs brokerage and destination charges are handled according to that agreed term. Customers should confirm local import requirements before dispatch.

Tracking, delivery and after-sales support

Available tracking or shipping documents are provided after dispatch. Visible carton damage, shortage or product damage should be documented with photographs and reported promptly so the carrier and shipment records can be reviewed. Delivery or after-sales questions can be sent to support@trayvora-packaging.shop.

Confirm before ordering

For a launch date or time-critical delivery, request a current route estimate before approving the order. Contact sales@trayvora-packaging.shop with the destination, quantity and preferred delivery date.
