FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Clear answers before custom development begins.
These answers explain our normal approach. Final commercial, technical and compliance requirements are confirmed in the project documents.

01What information should I send first?+
A product photo, approximate dimensions, accessory list, expected quantity, target market and the type of carton or display are enough for an initial review.
02Do you sell stock packaging?+
Our focus is product-specific packaging. If an existing reference is close, it can help explain the direction, but cavity fit and final construction are developed around the actual product.
03Is there a minimum order quantity?+
MOQ depends on size, material, tooling route and production efficiency. Share the forecast and launch stage so we can evaluate a practical route.
04Can you design from a physical sample?+
Yes. A physical product, dimensioned drawing or suitable 3D data can support development. The required input is confirmed after the first review.
05How long does development take?+
Timing depends on geometry, sample tooling, revisions, material and approval speed. We provide a project-specific schedule rather than a generic promise.
06Can I request samples before custom tooling?+
Yes. Material or representative format samples can help compare clarity, stiffness and construction. A fitted prototype requires project development.
07Which material is best?+
There is no universal answer. Appearance, product weight, forming depth, impact, temperature, recycled-content goals and market requirements all affect selection.
08Can you use recycled plastic?+
rPET and other project-appropriate directions can be evaluated. Content, grade availability, appearance and documentation must be confirmed for the order.
09How is fit approved?+
The prototype is reviewed with the real product for retention, removal, critical clearances, surface contact, accessory layout and complete-carton fit.
10How do you control quality?+
The approved drawing, material, reference sample and agreed inspection criteria form the basis for first-article, in-process and final checks.
11Can you ship internationally?+
Export and shipping arrangements can be discussed for the destination, quantity and selected trade terms.
12Can you supply the carton as well?+
Paperboard integration can be included in the solution discussion. The exact supply scope is confirmed in the quotation.
